When will my order ship?

The Grumpy Bum is on preorder. Orders ship in 3–4 weeks, then tracked delivery. Order by November 20 for delivery before Christmas.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, tracked shipping to almost every country. Free shipping on orders of 2 or more.

How do I refill it?

Open the flap underneath, slide in any standard flat pocket tissue pack and pull the first tissue through his rear.

How big is it?

About 30 cm (12 in) long and 15 cm (6 in) tall.

Can I return it?

All sales are final. Orders with the 1 Year Warranty are replaced if the seams split, the opening tears or the fur gets ruined in the first year.

What if it arrives damaged?

Message us through the contact page within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement.
